First, congrats on surviving the longest swim meet in the history of the universe :) They're not always that long, but the first meets usually have bumps as we learn what swim meets are and remember what to do.  

You all were AMAZING today! Thank you!!!! We are SO SO PROUD of everyone who stepped up to volunteer, especially those new parents who did jobs they’d never done, and parents who tried new positions. Sorry about the timer lane assignment issue, we hadn’t been given that info to pass on, but we will next week! (we hope)

The volunteer calendar is open for next week. If you loved what you did and want to sign up you can, if you hated what you did please tell us and why and we will help you find a new position that’s a better fit. It’s an away meet with 8 lanes so we will need a few more timers otherwise it will be similar to this week. More info later! Hopefully you had time for a nap or some nice AC after the meet.
