We NEED more Stroke & Turn Judges!! Our previous Stroke & Turn Judges are now our Meet Referee, Deck Referee and Starter so we need more judges. For more information on this position, please see the "Volunteering - Officials" page.

Toni's family originally joined the DWD in 2007 and 2008. They took a break and came back in 2014. Toni took over as Parent Delegate in 2018. She has a daughter and a son on the team. Her husband, Jaime, who volunteers as Deck Referee or a Stroke & Turn Judge at every meet.
She has lots of help but oversees most aspects of the team including registration, running the website, attending all League meetings, planning meets and team events, all things financial and answering parents' questions.
If anyone is interested in being her "2nd in Command" or taking over a particular aspect of the job, please let her know!

Coach Emilie joined the DWD in 2021. She grew up in the Dam West and swam as a Dolphin from 1994-2005. For more about Coach Emilie, check out our "Coaches" page.
Jessica's family originally joined the DWD in 2015. She has 2 sons but only her younger son swims with the Dolphins. Her husband, Perry, is our grill master and can be found grilling up delicious hot dogs and hamburgers at our home meets.
In 2022, she took on the role of Clerk of Course (managing and overseeing the Heating Area at home meets) and also became our Social Director - helping to coordinate our Orientation, Movie Night, 4th of July, Banquet, Water World and any other fun event. (If anyone is interested in helping out with specific events, please let her know!) In 2024, she took on Volunteer Coordinator duties as well!
Evelyn's family joined the DWD in 2022. Her husband, Chad, can be found helping wherever he's needed either at the DJ both, concessions, setting up or cleaning up. They have a daughter on the team.
Evelyn became our Announcer & DJ in 2023 and took on the roll of Volunteer Coordinator in 2024. At Home Meets you can always find her at the DJ booth spinning the tunes!
Julia's family joined the DWD in 2014. Julia took on Merchandising in 2018. In 2024, she officially became our Head Timer. She has a son and a daughter on the team. She can be found volunteering as a Timer or stepping in wherever she is needed at every meet.
Julia designs and orders our team T-shirts and can be contacted regarding t-shirts and team gear orders that were ordered from Swim N' Things at the In-Person Registration event in April. (If you ordered directly from Swim N' Things please contact them directly.)
Rhonda's family joined the Dolphins in 2023. She has one daughter on the team.
Laura's family joined the DWD in 2022. She has a son and a daughter on the team. Laura became our Team Photographer in 2023 and can be found taking pictures at meets, practices and fun events. She also puts together our flyers, certificates and the year-end slideshow for the Banquet. If you have any fun pictures from the season that you would like to share, please email them to her!
