Hi Everyone!

Tonight is our first stroke and turn clinic.  These will be offered every Wednesday for swimmers 7-12 years old after the pool closes at 8PM-9PM  We will alternate age groups throughout the summer to serve a variety of swimmer skills and abilities. Tonights clinic is for 7-10 year olds ONLY. Please use the dates below to know which age group we are coaching in the coming weeks.  Every other Thursday there will also be a "teen" clinic for swimmers 11-18 years old.  These clinics will offer extra opportunities for your swimmers to work on dives, flip turns, and stroke techniques.  

Coaches: This year, Coach Lea and Coach Virginia will be running the Wednesday clinics.  Coach Emilie will coach the Thursday clinics for teen swimmers. 

Because of the advanced skills we work on, we ask that developing swimmers 8 and Under refrain from attending these clinics unless they have an invite from a coach.  Developing swimmers will work on stroke and turn techniques during practices and are often not ready for these types of clinics.

Weather:  Also, please keep in mind these clinics are weather permitting.  If we have to cancel for any weather related issue, we will send out an email alert to the whole team as notification.  Please make sure alerts are set up on your phone.
