Hi Team!

Attached is information pertaining to the Friday 5K Fun Run today at the pool.  We will plan on meeting at the Dam West Clubhouse Parking lot. There will be two different routes for younger and older age groups.  See the map for exact route information.  The run will begin at 4:00pm, but runners have until 5:30pm to complete the "race".  You are welcome to pop in at anytime between that time period.  Coaches will be stationed around the green belt area to tally runners laps.  

"Big Kid" runners are encouraged to run with a "buddy" to keep an eye out for one another. Parents are welcome to participate too!  

Remember your running shoes, water bottles, snacks, and SUNSCREEN!
