Arrive by: You should aim to arrive by 6:30am in order find parking, unload and find a place to set up.

Warm up Schedule:

7:00-7:15 - ROCKE lanes 1-3, ROCKW lanes 4-6, CPVS lane 7-8

7:15-7:30 - CLRK lanes 1-3, DAMW lane 4-5, HILLS lanes 6-7, late comers lane 8

7:30-7:45 - one way starts - ROCKE lanes 1-2, ROCKW lanes 3-4, CPVS lane 5, CLRK lane 6, DAMW lane 7, HILLS lane 8

Set Up and Parking: We will not be opening the gates to the pool until 6am. Families who arrive earlier than that are welcome to set up anywhere outside of the fenced area or wait until that time to set up inside. There will be designated areas for each team inside the fenced area. Anywhere outside the fenced area is available for any family, keeping social distancing in mind as you find a spot. There will be one parking spot reserved for a coach and one for a parent delegate from each team. Both parking lots near the pool are open, as is the elementary parking lot. You can park on the entrance street to the pool on the entrance side, NOT ON THE EXIT SIDE. Obey all NO PARKING signs and you will be fine. If you park in neighborhoods, please be respectful of driveways.

Concessions: We will have a vendor selling breakfast items in the morning, then lunch items later in the day. Kona may be there with shaved ice.

Shift Change: We prefer to have our shift change after back strokes.

There will be NO relays at Prelims but everything else will run pretty much like a normal meet although Castle Rock will be using the Card System as they did in our first 2 meets. They will be Heating 4 rows of chairs behind each block.

You can try to set up inside the fence in our designated team area but be aware that there is no shade on the deck so be sure to bring your own! There is plenty of space outside the fence that you are welcome to use and much of it provides some shade. Please try to find teammates and sit together in a general area if you can so that we can find you!

Lost Sunscreen? I picked up someone’s sunscreen at Saturday’s meet. I’ll have it with me tomorrow and Tuesday so let me know if you’re missing an orange, No-Ad sunscreen.
