PRELIM ENTRY change up!
Hello All!
Well, having never been responsible for setting up the Prelims before I tried to make it easier but turns out that we need a single meet file for both days so I have changed the PRELIM SIGN-UP to just 1 event but kept the information and volunteer positions as separate events. (What did she just say?)
When you go to the "Sign-Up Calendar" you will now see:
July 12-13: "PRELIMS: Sign-Up ALL swimmers (both prelims!)" - MEET ENTRY
July 12: "Prelims @ Clarke Farms (8 & Unders and 13-18)" - JOB SIGNUP
July 13: "Prelims @ Castle Rock (9/10 and 11/12)" - JOB SIGNUP
So sign up your swimmers on under the first event and then use the other 2 events to volunteer depending on which one you will be at. That is also where I will be posting details once I have.
If you already signed up your swimmer their information should be under the PRELIMS Sign-Up. (And thank you!) I transferred everything over but you may want to double check to make sure I didn't make any mistakes.
I'm sure that is all clear as mud but please take a look. Hopefully it will make sense once you see it. My apologies for the confusion and last minute change up! Let me know if you have any questions or problems!
