Stroke & Turn Clarification & more
Swimsuits: If anyone has old team swimsuits that are still in good shape and they would like to donate them, please bring them to practice and give them to me. If you're looking for one, please ask and I will see what I have (if any.)
Food Trucks: Just FYI, the Dam West brings in food trucks on Tuesdays - so that is not an every day thing but there will most likely be food trucks again next Tuesday.
Stroke & Turn: I know there is some confusion over the Stroke & Turn clinics listed on our calendar so let me attempt to clarify.
Swimmers will not be doing evening Stroke & Turn sessions/clinics/practices this year as we've done in the past. Coach Emilie believes she can get that training done during regular morning practices.
The Stroke & Turn Clinics listed on the calendar are for parents who are interested in volunteering as a Stroke & Turn judge. To be a Stroke & Turn judge you must get certified at one of the MHSL clinics. Anyone 15+ is eligible. There are 2 clinics left, 1 virtual and 1 in-person. You only need to attend ONE.
Virtual Stroke & Turn: Saturday, May 22, 5:00 - 6:30pm (NEW TIME)
