Hello Dolphins!

I will be sending out all of the Meet Information along with the Meet Programs and Entry Lists later on today once I have them from the other team. In the meantime, here are some reminders about upcoming events (since even MY brain gets muddled at this point in the season!)

MONDAY, 7/10/23: PRELIMS for 8 & Under and 13-18 year olds ONLY! This will be at the Dam West pool. I will send out details this weekend. Obviously, there is NO PRACTICE this day so if you are not involved in this meet, enjoy your day off.

TUESDAY, 7/11/23: PRELIMS for 9-10 and 11-12 year olds ONLY! This will be at the Hills West pool. I will send out details this weekend. All the coaches will be at Prelims so there is NO PRACTICE this day. If you are not involved in this meet, enjoy your day off.

WED-FRI, 7-12/23 – 7/14/23: Our last 3 days of practice! Whether or not you make it to Championships, everyone is welcome to attend these last few days of practice.

SATURDAY, 7/15/23: Championships meet at Hills West. Details to come.

SUNDAY, 7/16/23: Team Potluck Banquet! We’re pushing it into the evening and hoping for good weather. 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Bring some food to share and come celebrate the end of the season! There will be a slideshow and some awards handed out.

TOMORROW’S MEET: Here are the basics regarding tomorrow’s meet.

Pool Location:  6651 S. Krameria Way, Centennial, CO 80111

Parking: There are limited parking spaces at the pool, but there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. Please be mindful of homes and give our neighbors plenty of space by their driveways. Please do not park in the field space adjacent to the parking lot. This area is reserved for overflow tents and families. There will be two reserved spaces on the West side of the pool by the fence, one for your head coach and one for your parent rep. They will be clearly marked.

Map: Please click “ aerial map of the pool” that shows heating, visitor set up area, parking etc.

Arrive by: You should aim to arrive by 7:00 am in order find parking, unload and find a place to set up.

Our Warm-Up Time: 7:25 - 7:50 a.m.

Meet Starts at: 8:00 a.m.

Officials: Holly Park will use the Zello app in lieu of radios for DQ calls. All Stroke and Turn judges and DQ scribes will need to install the app. Please see the attached information for detailed instructions.
