Dam West Dolphins

We are a summer-only swim team in the Mountain Hi Swim League (MHSL) Division C. We have a 5 lane, 25 yard pool. For the 2025, our season will begin May 12 and end July 12.

The swim team is open to ALL - you do not need to live in the Dam West community to participate. Registration will open in April 2025.

Other than the coaches, the team is run 100% by volunteers.  Each family is responsible for volunteering to work at each of the meets that they attend. There are numerous ways to volunteer. 

Our registration is open to children ages 5 - 18. (Age as of June 1.) They must be able to swim the full length of the pool on their own.  Please see the Team Fees page for details.  Registration is open until June 15.
